Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process  
   

In an effort to provide a quick and prompt service, all products returned to Cipherium must have an RMA number. Products returned without an RMA number will NOT be accepted. For indirect customers and end-users, please contact your distributor or reseller for RMA service.
